One of the products is to create ready-to-eat fruit (cut and vacuum packed, without additives) prepared for immediate consumption without the need to cut, peel or prepare it, packaged with a technology that maintains its freshness for a sufficient period of time for its commercialization and distribution. Another product is a concept of snack fruit, dehydrated fruit that maintains many of its vitamins and active ingredients.
